Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of sale issued by Site-Mate Ltd on
January 1, 2008 apply to all sales of goods and supersede any
previous issues.
These conditions are the only ones on which the company is
prepared to do business unless a variation is specifically agreed
in writing by a director(s) of Site-Mate Ltd.
Prices quoted are nett and exclusive of value-added tax unless otherwise specified.
Delivery times are quoted without engagement, and the company reserves the right to charge for the
cost of carriage and packing.
Payment terms vary for non-account customers and account customers, with interest charged for late payments.
Goods must be examined on arrival for damage or loss, and any issues must be reported within three days.
Returns may be accepted at the company's discretion, subject to certain conditions.
All goods supplied remain the property of the company until paid for in full.
The company reserves the right to substitute products of equivalent quality when specified products are not available.
Liability exclusions and force majeure clauses are also outlined in the terms and conditions.
Any agreement between the company and the customer is subject to and governed by Irish Law.
